Our work in real estate began fifteen years ago in Iran, and our company there is still active with more than 50 people. At the start of 2026 we founded Muscat Gates in Oman with one clear mission: helping people become homeowners.
We want to bring what we have learned about buying, selling and renting property to buyers and investors from around the world — with clear information, checked listings and support until the keys are in your hand.

Mostafa Maleki
Founder & CEOA system-building manager who believes good systems are not bound to a place or a time. With more than 15 years in real estate, he founded Muscat Gates to help people own a home, and leads the company’s strategy, growth and ways of working.
Mohammad Sadegh Maleki
Co-founder & Business PartnerWith more than 4 years of sales experience in international markets, he is Muscat Gates’ business partner and sales specialist, guiding buyers from choosing a project and viewing it through to negotiation and signing.
Samaneh Amlak Najafabad
