Muscat Neighbourhoods: Where to Rent or Buy
Choosing the right neighbourhood matters as much as choosing the right apartment. Rents in Muscat change a lot from one area to the next — a two-bedroom flat in Bousher or Al Khuwair costs far less than the same size in Al Mouj or Qurum, and commute, schools and daily convenience differ too.
This page brings together our neighbourhood guides, typical monthly rents from our own listings and quick links to the apartments and villas that are available now in each area.
