Hawana Salalah

Hawana Salalah is a coastal residential and tourism destination developed by Muriya in Dhofar, southern Oman. Its official property collection includes Amazi, Fanar Views, Laguna Gardens, Marina Bay, Forest Island, Signature Villas and Hawana Lagoon. These are communities within the wider destination, rather than separate cities. Amazi focuses on waterfront chalets and private villas; Marina Bay offers apartments overlooking the marina. Other neighbourhoods have their own layouts, setting and facilities. Buyers should compare the exact community, building and unit rather than assume that every home has the same beach access, outlook or services.
