Telal Al Qurum ITC
Telal Al Qurum sits on the hills of Al Qurum in the Wilayat of Bausher and received its ITC licence in July 2024. On 2 March 2026 a RO 230 million development agreement was signed with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for a site of about 165,000 m². The phased 15-year plan includes freehold apartments, townhouses and villas, two four-star hotels with more than 400 hotel units, retail and an indoor entertainment and sports zone, with almost 50,000 m² of roads, gardens and walkways. The 15-year programme concerns development of the overall complex. Confirm completion and handover terms for the specific phase and unit in writing before reserving.
