Wadi Zaha is a neighbourhood of about 420,000 m² in Sultan Haitham City, Oman’s flagship future city in Seeb. Launched in January 2025 by Egyptian developer Al Ahly Sabbour, Phase 1 includes around 760 homes from studios and apartments to penthouses, sky villas, townhouses and standalone villas, with an investment of about RO 90 million. The project is marketed as freehold for all nationalities, close to the city’s central wadi park, boulevard and planned tram corridor.
