Al Yazan payment plans explained in October 2026

English · فارسی · العربية

VA Group now publishes three payment options for Al Yazan in Muttrah. Each starts with 20% payable immediately, while the instalment timing and handover balance differ. We checked the official project page, including all three payment tabs, on 2 October 2026.

Our company visit on 1 October introduced the project and its payment terms. This update sets out the schedules now published by the developer. It is not a unit quotation or confirmation of availability.

The three published options

Option 1 | Milestone based

Share of agreed price When it is due
20% Immediately
10% 6 months from booking
10% Podium completion
10% Roof slab
10% Facade completion
10% Building finishes
30% On handover

Option 2 | Larger handover balance

Share of agreed price When it is due
20% Immediately
10% each 6, 12 and 18 months from booking
50% On handover

Option 3 | Monthly instalments

Share of agreed price When it is due
20% Immediately
2% monthly For 27 months, totalling 54%
26% On handover

What changes between the options

Option 1 follows construction milestones after the first dated instalment and leaves 30% for handover. Option 2 uses dates measured from booking and leaves 50% for handover. Option 3 spreads 54% over 27 monthly payments and leaves 26% for handover. The website does not specify the first monthly due date in the displayed schedule. Ask for the dated schedule for your unit.

Starting price and completion

VA Group’s 1 October announcement gives a starting price of OMR 67,000 and identifies 169 residences in the first release of Phase One. The project page gives H1 2029 as estimated completion. Neither figure confirms a particular unit is available or that every phase will be delivered on that date.

Before choosing a plan

Request the exact unit offer, any price difference between plans, all charges, reservation and refund conditions, late-payment terms and the contract’s completion provisions. Match the handover balance to your funding arrangements. Do not assume a mortgage, rental return or residence visa is guaranteed.

Buyer questions about handover and facilities

Is the planned five-star hotel part of Al Yazan?

According to VA Group, the hotel is contemplated within the wider area’s urban development and is not part of Al Yazan. Ask which facilities and access rights are included in your unit’s sale documents.

Does H1 2029 apply to the unit I am considering?

The project page states an estimated H1 2029 completion; the launch announcement describes three phases. These statements do not establish a contractual date for a specific unit. Confirm the building, phase, handover date and timing of its facilities in the unit documents.
