Muttrah Waterfront by VA Group
VA Group has secured long-term land rights to deliver a mixed-use phase of about 18.5 hectares within OMRAN Group’s Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront masterplan in Muttrah. The plan combines premium residences, a waterfront promenade, parks, retail, leisure and cultural attractions beside the Corniche and Muttrah Souq. The developer’s website describes studios to three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and duplexes, completion in the first half of 2029 and ITC status; these details are awaiting official confirmation.
