What we check, what “reviewed” means and what clients should verify independently.

Before publication

We request the owner or authorised source identity, authority to market, property location, asking price, availability and core specifications. Listings with material inconsistencies may be paused or rejected.

Ongoing accuracy

Prices and availability can change. Our team periodically reconfirms active listings and removes or updates information when a change is reported.

Client due diligence

A reviewed listing is not a legal guarantee, valuation or building inspection. Buyers and tenants should independently verify title, contracts, fees, condition and eligibility before committing funds.
